Things I need to get better at, part 2

1. Stretching before a run
2. Stretching after a run
3. Pacing myself throughout my run
4. Watching where I step (aka make sure it's not in a pot hole)

These four things describe my run today, which was good, other than these three things. I really need to get on the ball! gaahhh
